SQL Data maps?

I'm working with SQL queries to create reports, is there a published library mapping tables/fields to known items in MP and their relationships.

Example (I manually pulled these out):

Table: P_CON_FAVORITES_ITEM

Field Description
P_Workspace_RSID = Workspace # but what subset ??
P_SID = Workspace #
P_Owner_Trustee_RSID = Workspace # but what subset ??
P_Created_Time = Creation time of workspace?
P_Modified_Time = Modified time of what? Some match P_Created_time.
P_Number_of_Children Only one entry – 0 - ??
P_Name = Workspace names
P_Url = Empty ??
P_Target = _self ??
P_Icon = List of images used in the favorites page.
P_Selected = F, T ??
P_Type = 1 ??
P_Order = Empty ??
P_Parent_SID = -1 ??
P_Container = F
P_Format_RSID = 103 ??
P_Is_Locked = F
P_Content_ID = Numerals:-SQLSERVERIP (not file server)
