Uninitialized value

I am getting a error "Use of uninitialized value at /opt/iw-home/iw-perl/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.005/TeamSite/WFtemplate.pm line 425" when I try to run my workflow. Everything works fine but this message keeps displaying all the time. I don't have a clue of why this is happening, any ideas on how this can be debugged?

Do you have -w on you sha-bang statement ?

#!/opt/iw-home/iw-perl/bin/iw-perl -w

that means bug you with minor details like warnings.

There are variables in IW supplied pm's that are not all initialized. In fact, that code:

if (!defined $cgi->{form}{$tagname}

means IF IT IS uninitialized (like the warning says) then do something about it.
