In TeamSite 6.0 please yourself & others by making use of the new URL commands.

Here's an example of how to use the Import Files widget within a Form item's callout (aka DCT) in 6.0:

Do you know of a good way to allow the user, to select a directory within the workarea, where the file can be uploaded.

Meaning with the solution you provided, the file imported uploads directly in the workarea root - which is fine. But I wanted the user to select a certain directory, where s/he can upload the file.

If you do this within a workflow, you can put a select box that you would load the directories to choose from into (assume you name the perl variable $workarea), and then do something like:

By doing that, whichever workarea is chosen, it will be inserted into the callout.
