DataDeploy challange

Hi all,

we've got a real DataDeploy challenge here. Todd recommended posting this also in the devnet to see what you guys think. We would like to serve the attached ER model using DataDeploy. It is representing a ER model for some combined ATG repositories. We're running OD-DD sync using UDS on a filelist basis. The most complex model I've built so far is a star like schema with one main table and a few subtables in a 1-N relation using one single DD config file. We now would like to combine our repositories into the attached one. I'd like to know if you think this is possible in the first place and what is required to do so. We're planning to use one single DD config file plus the dbschema to serve this schema. Any feedback is highly appreciated.

It is possible to implement this schema using DD. Have you comeup with a dbschema for the ER model you posted.

Could you please describe like what model of DD are you using meaning, like DCR to DB or XML to DD and also is this a user defined schema? if possible please post the dbschema.cfg

we are running something similar, your experiece will really help.

not finished yet. running custom dcr (generated xml files) to db with some extended attributes. using external data source to generate sequence numbers. we have one "main" table and will carry the combination of content id and language throughout all first level child tables. second level child tables also have this combination but need a sequence number for replicants thats what we use the external data source for.
what are you doing here?
