Single User unable to log in
wmh
Solaris
TS 5.5.2
We have a single user that is unable to log into Teamsite. The Teamsite box is linked to an LDAP. All other users can log in.
To trouble shoot this we have reset his Solaris Password.
Deleted his ID from the role files and then placed back in.
Deleted his account on the Solaris Box, then added it back.
Disable the connection to the LDAP to try a local log in.
Cleared all cookies from his machine.
Tried logging in from a different machine.
No luck so far.
Each time with a return of:
"TeamSite did not recognize the username and password you entered. Please try again."
Any suggestions?
Thank you

And then try stopping and restarting TeamSite. This is such a pain in the ****. It happens every once in a while to us for no apparent reason.

Certainly there is a very good reason for it. For without those quirks, our lives would be boring.

I think it's entities DB gets corrupted somehow. I fixed this by rebuilding it (or, to be exact, let TeamSite to rebuild it)
