TeamSite startup error

After running without problems for several years I have started getting the following error after I log into TeamSite :

"Unexpected error 1. Please try login again."

I am running TeamSite 5.0.2 on windows 2000 server.

I looked into the iwserver.log file and saw the following message:

"The server appears to be running. Ensure that it is not running, remove

\iw-store\TSRunning and try again"

The message above doesn't appear everytime I start the server and the

\iw-store\TSRunning file dissappears when I stop TeamSite service so there is nothing to delete after I stop it.

Any ideas?
