Document/Image size limit after conversion to 5.5.

Since conversion to TS 5.5.2 SP4 on Win2K, we have experienced an issue where users are not able to view or virtualize any images, pdf's, doc's, etc. that are over 258K in size. However, our development box is running 5.5.2 SP2 on NT and doesn't experience the same issue. We asked an Interwoven consultant about this and he had never heard of the issue. Has anyone else experienced something similar, and if so, what did you change to fix it?

Never heard or seen this on *any* TeamSite version. Sounds quite absurd.

What else happened during that migration from NT to 2000?
Perhaps something completely different is trouncing your system?

Webserver configuration? Network settings? Proxies, caches, client machines? What
other variables have you looked into?

I think I finally figured this one out. Once I placed the Everyone group in the Workarea permissions, everything seems to be opening fine now. Any ideas why this would happen only to the larger files and not all of them? What are the ramifications of having the Everyone group associated with each workarea? Will the specific workarea permission groups override this, or vice versa?
