How can I add extensions to TS xalan?

What I am tring to do is call an XSLT from within a TPL. I have that working fine, but the problem I am running into is that the XSLT that I am tring to use makes use of a few Xalan extensions. For example the lxslt:component and the redirect extension found in the bsf.jar (from Xalan) and js.jar (from rhino extension) repectively.

So my question is how do I add these jar files to TeamSite so that when TS preforms the transformation the transformer will have access to these extensions?
