Write to Full text edit box on search dialog

I have a custom dialog that pops up when one of the custom lookup buttons is pressed from the DeskSite Search dialog. All I want ot do is whatever value is selected from my custom dialog, I want to paste it into the full text edit box on the search dialog. The problem is that there is no change event on the search dialog NRS scripts so we have to use Win32 calls to find the control. Does anyone know how to find the full text edit box on the search dialog from another custom dialog and then write to it??

You should be able to set the text in the FullText edit control using the SetAttributeValueByID call on the Search dialog object with the following parameters: (AttributeID of nrFullText, VARIANT valueFromYourCustomDialog, VARIANT_BOOL True).

If you still want to hack into the dialog using Win32 API calls, the Full Text edit box ID in the Search Dialog is 328.

FYI: WorkSite 8.0 added OnChange event to the Search Dialog.
