Preview not responding

After adding content into a template and clicking on the preview button, some users are unable get the browser to preview.All they see is a white blank page. I tried the same template and it works for me. Is there something in the IE settings that may cause this to occur?

The problem might be caused by a caching issue, either by their browser, the web server, or proxy server.

One way to check is to have the user refresh the blank page a few times, if the output is finally rendered properly then you have a caching problem.
