Hi,
I want to check in a field if the user enter <a href=" tag.
How to do it in validation-regex?

Are you trying to validate that they *did* put an href link in, or that they *did not* put an href link in?

The former is trivial /<a\s*href/i
The latter tends to be rather difficult, if not impossible, using a single regex only - and would be a better exercise for creating a function in javascript / FormAPI to validate form entries. That way you could do something like (off top of head, not tested)

function checkForLinks(item){
    if (item.getValue().match(/<a\s*href/i)){
        alert("hyperlink found");
        return false);
    }
    return true;
}

Because it's a lot easier to test for a postive and use the result within a conditional to negate it, than it is to test for a negative.
