Retrieving a file's version number from STAGING

Does anyone know if there is a Command Line Tool that will give you a file's version number in STAGING? I know when you run iwrlog you can get the version number by grepping on "working revision". Is there an easier way?

How about iwattrib? Here's an example on my windows machine:


Y:\default\main\energen\STAGING>iwattrib  chicago-location.html revisionnumber
