DataDeploy multiple sub tables

Hi all,

I'd like to fill the tables found in the attachment using DataDeploy for some replicants. We're running DD in a filelist mode and and run it against the tables. We also use External Data Source in order to generate the para_id and the link_id. We've for now created two Java classes in order to fill both para_id and link_id. I now need to know if there is "datadeploy way" of to get the para_id from the paragraph table into the link table when running over the replicant or if I need to do that using some java code. If I need some java then and any hint on how to do this would be highly appreciated.

You will be better off using the Tuple Pre Processor (TPP) so that you wouldnt have to write additional java code. In your TPP call your existing ID generator code.
As far as linking paraid to links table just include para_id in the <primary-keys> section and also in the <foreign key> section and link it to the appropriate table.

as far as the linking para_id to zzz_linklist not really.
still dont know how to call the para_id in this table. tried several ways but nothing worked. currently got this:
