Visual Formatter Buttons

Is it possible to change the locations of the Visual Formatter buttons? For example, could I move the 'Ok' button to the top of the screen, rather than the bottom? Thanks in advance.

Neither Interwoven or Ektron provide the means, i.e. API, cfg file, module, etc.. to relocate the buttons.

But, with the right amount of time & ability one could look under the hood and hack up the page (not suggested).
