spell checking in template error

I've got a user who was using word 97 off our network, we just installed word xp locally on her machine. Ever since that happened when she tries to spell check in templates via visualformat she gets the following error, "Word 97 or later is needed to spell check". Thoughts?

I guess check ektron website for articles on this subject and/or an updated version of EWebEditPro or whatever, and/or file with Interwoven support? Not sure if uninstall followed by reinstall would be required instead of just reinstall, reboot, rebuild, rebuy, etc....
