content conversion - iwbackup error.

The iwbackup command was executed aganist a iw-store in a TS 4.5 machine. The content store to be backed up is about 17 gig. But the following error occurs after it creates a backup file of size 2 Gig.

/usr1/iw-home/bin/gcpio: write error
Broken Pipe

Any idea how can i rectify this or complete my backup process?

Step 1: Don't use iwbackup
Step 2: Get some real backup software
Step 3: RTFM and/or talk to Support about how to verify the consistency of your backing store before you attempt to backup again
Step 4: Stop TeamSite before you do the backup (at the very least - run iwfreeze on it with a very long time value)
Step 5: Upgrade as soon as possible - 4.5 is ancient - 5.5.2 is significantly better and 6.0 is the significantly different (at least as far as UI is concerned)
