CDATA and DataDeploy

Has anybody before dumped a CDATA block from within a generated xml file as a whole into a database using Datadeploy? I've got something like <![CDATA[ bla bla ]]> and I need to dump bla bla into my database.

actually we have a custom dcr which also contains a cdata section. this section need to go into the database in one column. The rest of the nodes have to go into specified columns. If there is another way of doing it then any ideas are highly appreciated. Many thanks in advance.

DD does not support that format using a CDATA block. The dcr pretty much has to follow a simple DTD format of basic elements and attributes.
