Saving DCR

This is a very urgent requirement. Im working in Teamsite version 6.0. The server is in my network and when i try to save the DCR, everything goes on fine. But when another person who stays in a different network, trys to save the DCR he cannot save the DCR.

It Throws an error
"Save was Unsuccessful.Unable to create a valid XMLDOMContext"

If it's urgent - you should be contacting Interwoven Support. It sounds like it's clearly a permissions problem. Although you told us it was TS 6.0 - you didn't indicate what platform - that information might help solicit some additional responses.

I have not personally experienced this problem so I don't really have much more than the above to offer - sorry.

Hi,
Do pass on more information about the network. When you say another network...what exactly it means. Does it happen with different network users only ? Let some more people from the same network and different network save the DCR ... Also write more about the environment. It definitely looks like permissions issue.
