Substitution replace

Hi .

I´ve an script that calls DataDeploy but the variable reemplace in the datadeploly config file doesn´t take the value and writes in the database $reemplace^/httdocs/imagenes/prueba01.gif.

Does anybody why ? Is it possible in other way?

What is your DD version?

While using filters or substitutions in DD config files, user cannot use Parameter substitutions in match attributes, this is how DD works. This is documented in DD 5.6 Administration Guide page 119: Note that you cannot use parameter substitutions in the match attribute for any filter or substitution you create.

For replace attribute, you can not use parameter substitutions either and there is a Feature Request filed for this. If you are interested in the FR, please contact interwoven support at support@interwoven.com and they will be able to help you to attach your company to the FR.
