todo page not found

Hi,

When user login to the TeamSite, after the login user cannot see the ToDo page.
I have used the iwrmjob, but no job is there. The user still cannot see the ToDo page when he login.
Any one has the same problem like this.

Need more information here.

What rev of TeamSite ? What OS. You may want to screenshot what you see and post it.

Gut feeling is that you might need to remove the user and recreate it in the entity DB
(with iwrmuser)

Take a screenshot and post it, is this for one user only ? Does is fail with that login
on other systems ? what role ?

Hi,

He will be the administrator role. For now only one user has this problem. We are only have one TeamSite Server.

I want to know if this is user specific, have him log in from PC and see if that can be reproduced.

Most likely you will need to remove the user from the enitity DB

read the man page for iwuser

Will probably need to delete it & recreate.

Two years back we had this issue when we migrated to 4.5.1 people who had set their home page earlier were getting this error as after the migration thieir home page was not there.
This happened with only some users who had used the set home page
