Are other people getting 500 errors? If so, please post the time of day you got them, they could be network traffic related, and we'll need that information to troubleshoot.
thanks.

500 is hardly ever network related. Your access logs or server logs for the
web server in your presentation layer will have clues, or will point you to
the exact error - missing include, etc.
BTW, whats IW run as a webserver facing the internet ? Or is that secret ?

skip,
You really can't hide that sort of infomation. It is all in the response from the server.

OK, we'll investigate these some more. A cursory check of the logs did not show any problems. I got this error once on Friday as well. A 'refresh' on the browser made the page come up.
Stay tuned for details on what might be going on here.

I had thought it was our overloaded network, glad someone started mentioning it.

it's not that we didn't believe anyone, it's just that the first day the problem was reported we had a bunch of other stuff going on IWOV servers, so it could have been a transient problem.
We are doing some server software upgrades tomorrow that we hope will correct this problem. In the meantime, try the refresh button. Sorry for the inconvenience.
