iwwfsubmit.cgi

Hi,
does anyone know how exactly the cgi script iwwfsubmit.cgi works? what are the parameters that need to be passed to it? is there any documentation available for it. We are trying to post a list of files to iwwfsubmit.cgi but it doesn't display replicate comment button. Is there any parameter that can be passed to facilitate the replicate functionality?
