browser templating not working

Hi all,

I have a user who is trying to create a new data record, but the subsequent popup does not appear. This just unique to this user's pc as it works on other pc's, and I as the master have the same problem on this particular pc.

The version of TeamSite is:
bash-2.03$ iwversion
iwserver: 5.5.2 Build 10716 Interwoven 20020811

Browser version is:
IE version 6.0.0028 SP1

Any suggestions on why the browser templating is not working?

There is software out there designed to stop pop-up ads on the web. If he has that kind of software installed, it would prevent TeamSite from popping up a window as well.

Make sure that JavaScript is enabled on the browser settings.

As Jason said, often a result a pop-up blocking. I have seen it most with google toolbar.

Thanks guys,

I looking at the browser settings and looked for pop-up blocking software/toolbars....nothing....

The user is going to reinstall IE6, not sure what else to try.

Any other suggestions are appreciated.

ok...ok...I missed it (on 3hrs of sleep!)....she had some other toolbar on the browser that was disabling popups.
