lock on files when IMPORT

Is there any way to configure not to lock file when we do IMPORT???

Unfortunately, there isn't a way to configure whether or not you want to lock the file upon import. TeamSite will always lock the file upon import. Can you please file a FR and attach your customer to that case. I'll try and see if we can get this into the TeamSite 6.5 LSP1 release.
