including dcr value

I have 2 dcr and 2 .tpl files.

What is the best way to insert the dcr value from dcr1 into .tpl2?

We are using Teamsite 5.5.2 on a unix server

You really haven't given enough information, but I'm going to assume that what you want is to be able to pull specific values from dcr1 when your generating a page with dcr2 and tpl2.

If that's correct, then take a look at the documentation for <iw_load_dcr> (or the Perl equivalent, iwpt_load_dcr()) for information on loading a second DCR into the memory space of the current session.
