Why can,t Workflow Builder be uesd in Chinese OS?
Workflow Builder was installed in chinese Win 2000,but I can't use it.
Error: XML4C Panic Error.

I ask IW's engineer in Beijing,China, that said it was only operatiing in English OS.

I want to check it or not?

Based on this post, and another post on Workflow, I recommend you look at the out-of-the box workflows that are available as of 5.5.2 SP3. They ship with TS6 as well.

Trust me, you don't want to use WorkflowBuilder. That's a marketing tool.
