Unable to view share drive in teamsite

Hi

One of my user is facing problem in importing files.He has mapped his drive to another machine's hard disk.He is able to access the files and directories without any problems using normal browser.But when he uses the import file fcntionality in teamsite, in teh directory listing teh shared drive is not displayed. We are running Teamsite 5.5.2 with SP3.

Would really appreciate if you could share the fix for this problem.

Contact Support - I'm almost postive this is a "known issue" - but I don't remember what the fix is/was (might require another SP)

Try closing down the browser and then logging in and trying again. The file upload applet seems to cache the list of drives, and doesn't detect changes once it's been loaded into memory.
