is there a way to prevent users from resizing images in visual format fields? we'd prefer images stick to their defined width/height when inserted into a page.

In the TPL, you could do a check for <img .* width=".*" height=".*"> and remove the width and height attributes before generating. As far as preventing them from resizing in VFE, I'm not sure, but I doubt there's a way. Someone will be able to figure out how to do it even if they have to edit the source. If it's important, you should account for it in the TPL.

there is a method of using Image::Info module in a TPL, that would determine real image sizes and put them in the appropriate <img> tags

thanks ... those are options but I really would prefer users couldn't resize images to begin with. I take it that can't be prevented?
