Workflow Submit error

I'm running a test environment on Win2k platform that I recently upgraded to 6.5. I am now receiving an error when I try to submit items. This is the error:

Invalid Workflow:
XML parse error in WFworkflow.pm:
no element found at line 1, column 0, byte -1 at C:\\PROGRA~1\INTERW~1\TeamSite\iw-perl\vendor\lib/XML/Parser.pm line 187

I'm just submitting with the default workflow.

Any suggestions on how to fix this would be appreciated.

Since this is 6.5 and such a standard operation, it would be a good idea to call support.

In the mean time, how far did you get ? Can you turn on debugging and look at the output file ?
