Integrating search in 6.1

We currently have Search functionality within the dct - If a user wants to add a link on a page they click the search button next to the form field and a search form displays. The user can choose to look in a particular store or search all stores by keyword to find the file they to which that want to link. The file names display, the user clicks on the file name and clicks ok. The link path is copied to the field in the dct.

We need help with integrating this little java app with Teamsite 6.1.

We were missing how to post the url to the template. We got a tip to look at a callout in the forms publisher documentation. - maybe that will be our answer.
