1. What version of OD are you using on what platform?
2. Have you bothered to search for "too many open files" within these forums? I think not, because if you had you probably would have seen a number of such posts including explanations and information regarding how to resolve the issue.
If you did do the due-diligence and still cannot resolve the problem - then you need to provide a lot more information - especially indicating what you *did* try and what [didn't] happen.

OpenDeploy version is 5.6
I have searched in forums, i got 2 links from that i have concluded that, there might be entry ([iwserver]pointstorefdlimit=256) in the iw.cfg file.
Is this the one correct or is there any thing else?please reply me if you have any idea.

Well - are you using iwodstart or iwodcmd start ?
Are you using ksh?, ksh93?, or /dt/bin/ksh (or was it dtksk)?
- If you use iwodcmd start instead of iwodstart - the problem should disappear (exception below).
- If you are using the vanilla ksh - see about getting it upgraded to ksh93.
Exception: If you have a multi-legged multi-target-fan-out-farm deployment - RTFM regarding calculating the number of 'legs' and how that correlates into number of log files - of which I believe you want to try to keep to less than 80.
