I am trying to use IWEventRegistry.addItemHandler() in TS 5.5.2. What I want to know is can I pass parameters in the function I specify, in effect writing code like this..
In the DCT Script section:
function testFunc(a,b,c,d,e) {
alert(a + b + c + d + e);
}
IWEventRegistry.addItemHandler("/replicant/video_callout", "onCallout", testFunc('1','2','3','4','5') );
In the DCT Body:

*

<replicant default="0" min="0" max="99">

<hidden>
<callout type="cgi" label="Select Video"/>
</hidden>

</replicant>

It appears to work.. I successfully get an alert string "12345", with the only problem being that it executes when the DCT loads initially, instead of when I click the callout button.. this will render my approach unusable if there's something I'm missing here (there probably is)
