Including HTML in datacapture.cfg

Is there any way to include in the datacapture.cfg, HTML that displays to the user when they edit a dcr?

There is definitely no supported way. If you'll search the templating forum you'll find numerous cases where people have tried different variations. I don't think anyone has been successful so far.
