Custom Menu Scripts - size. scrollbars, etc.

How does one control the size of a custom menu item window and also make sure scrollbars display in the window for 6.x? In 5.x, all you needed to do is define these things in the iw.cfg definition. I don't see how to do this in the 6.1 docs. Perhaps I'm looking in the wrong place.

It's mentioned in the UICG - but not called out specifically in the documentation - probably the best place is in the example on page 112.
