<iw_if> validation

hi ,
in an <iw_if> statement we give || for "or" condition , is it && for "and" condition? when we're using && in the below statement

<iw_if expn="{$counter%2 == 0} && ({iw_value name='dcr.headline_text'/} ne ' ')">
it doesn't work...it breaks giving xml parsing error..

any immediate help is greatly appreciated..

I think you could try just "and" or "&&"

Hi,
It doesn't give any error but doesn't do any validation either....it's only checking for the first condition in <iw_if> and doesn't go to the second condiition in the <iw_if> statement....
