OD receiver stops

Hi,
It is weired that the OD receiver stops. It was running fine until the following changes were made. Please let me know if anyone has faced this problem.
We are running two OpenDeploys from a script. The first one is file based(transferRules dodeletes = yes) and the second one is directory based. Now when the second Opendeploy is changed to file based and made transferRules dodeletes=yes, the receiver stops and the deployment is failing.
