FileSite 8.0/WorkSite 8.0 Configuration

Hello Techies--
Back in July a corporate copy of FileSite 8.0 got loaded on to my workstation. Last week, a co-worker's workstation received the same install--however, her workstation does not allow for local save as capability in Word or Excel. (Office 2003) Also, her workstation continued to display the macros enabled/disabled message for iManO2K when invoking Outlook. We swapped log-ins just to see if my privileges were different. The workstations behaved the same. So, what's the deal? Is there a setting for "no local saves" on the client side that may have gone with the corporate installation package of FileSite 8.0? I'm open to all advice!

There is a setting for "no local save" in the client's registry:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Interwoven\WorkSite\8.0\Integration\MenuSettings
Create a STRING value:
Name: LOCALSAVEAS
Value: Y or N
