Are there any limits to storing large files > 200MB into Teamsite?

The limits are the available disk space on the server (where versions of this file will be stored) and on the client machines (should anyone ever try to edit/download the file).
Other than that, I don't think there is any real limit imposed.

Thanks for the reply.
I have a follow up question for those knowledgeable about the Interwoven file system.
Let's say you change the metadata for a large file. When you create the edition, will the large file be copied again as a modified file or does that only occur when you actually make changes to the file?
We'd like to understand the space considerations under Teamsite.

Pre-5.5.2 whenever you changed anything regarding a file - be it content or EAs or file metadata (owner, group, mode bits, etc.) - a complete separate copy of the file was also created in the backing store.
5.5.2 and later changes to EAs and file metadata should not create a separate copy of the unchanged content file - but it might - and for that reason it is recommended that you run iwfsshrink periodically (once a quarter should be sufficient).
