Job Description entered -Not in mail

On my Job Initiation Screen i am entering some jobDescription but it is not coming in the emal which i am trying to send
Sample email is shown below.
job Id is also coming twice.
what may be the possible reasons

When posting questions like this - you really need to remember to include basic information:
- What version of TeamSite (including patches and Service Packs)?
- What platform/OS?
And, in this specific case:
- What script is being used to send email?
- What does the 'command' look like for the task given?
-- expand any variables used to show the actual command line
- Is this an OOTB script or a modified or custom-built script?
-- If modified or custom-built, attach the script to the post.

Also - what is the job description you entered? In the posting you made - you are starting off with "Job Title : Test Job Description : Testl" - that looks like you have a job description there - or was that just information that you were providing but not part of the actual email? It isn't clear.
