Problem in customization

System

I am having problem executing simple jsp files on the browser.I have saved all these files in customer_src directory and wrote an xml file
and them executed a make file.Now i wnat if if have to set any properties or create/change any files.

I am getting geeting error saying that my file is not present in command descriptors.


Can anyone help me in this issue.
