Using Visual Annonate with Workflow

Hi,

Would like to know how we can use Visual Annonate of Teamsite to create workflows.
I have an Example of doing so, but failed to understand the logic flow behind it.

Can some one please explain the scenario of how workflow is defined using VA.

You have to mark it enable inside the wft file.
e.g
# Enable VisualAnnotate if it's enabled on your TeamSite server as well as
# enabled in this workflow's configuration file.
