Buttons for CGI Callouts in 6.1

In order to re-skin the callouts in 6.1, I had a look into the code that draws the buttons in TeamSite .. and then I let our web developers to look at it They were quite shocked to see two buttons to use 3 tables.... and so much code, whence this all could be done in 4 line of code....

I probably will (eventually) write a devNet article on reskinning callouts, but here is the code:
