Identifying imported files

In IW are there ways to identify imported files (in the current user session) using CSSDK?

i.e. develop a custom jsp page to print out a list of files a user has just imported.

I am successful in created a modified files list page but it includes files that are already in the Workarea (previously imported) also.

The aim is to differenciate imported files (in a particular user session) from the files already in the Workarea.

There is a call - getModifiedFilesInDir, that will return the files modified in a directory, which can be called recursively to traverse the workarea for all modified files. If the workarea is shared it will not be able to distinguish between files modified by this user, and by another, although there is a flag in this call to distinush user authorized modifications.

The only way I can think of doing this is doing a list modified and filtering files by modification time. If you know at what time the files were imported, that should give you a reasonably accurate view of which files were just imported, but it's not foolproof.

thanks for the responses. I have figured out an alternative.

i.e.
0. specify a target import dir (environment variable: vpath)
1. use url command to import to a temp dir
2. identify (POST variables) & copy all the files to target dir
3. do whatever you need with the imported files
3. clean up temp (delete)
4. return to done page
