Cannot Access Admin Server

Im having problems accessing TS Admin Server GUI, this is the URL i type: http://<Server IP>/iw/tsadmin

i get the following error displayed on the browser:

Not Found (404)
Original request: /iw/tsadmin
Not found request: /iw/tsadmin

This seems to be a permission issue.

the 'tsadmin' directory exists under:
/<iw-home>/httpd/webapps
permissions 755
owner: root
group: other

following is a chunk from the 'httpd.conf' file located at <iw-home>/iw-webd/conf:

looking at this i can see that the /iw/tsadmin/ maps to "/space/iw-home/httpd/webapps/tsadmin/" which is also correct.

What else should i check for ?

You should probably contact support to resolve your access problem to the support site.

I looked at the article above, and here is the salient material -

Go to iw-home/servletd/ directory and see who owns the directory work under servletd. The owner for the directory work and contents under it should be iwui user. If the owner is different, then the owner should be changed to iwui using the command line chgrp
