Iam new to Interwoven, so this question may be very stupid one. I want to know how can one call an openDeploy script through workflow task.

You could check out the solutions workflow that ship with TeamSite. Check out author_submit_with_deploy.wft and wft_opendeploy.ipl.

Speaking of which, there is a bug in wft_opendeploy.ipl that you need to be aware of.

In this bit of code, beginning line 371, it checks the output of the iwodstart command and tries some regexes against it to figure out what happened and which CallBack should be invoked.

The problem is that one possilbe result is Completed with Errors, which that pattern will match. In my opinion, completed with errors should be treated as a failure rather than success. So - you'll need to make appropriate modifications to the code.

Those workflows are not part of the TS 5.0x product. They were released in SP2 of 5.5.2. Sorry.
