Setting up CCStandard

We are in the process of deciding how we might set-up our Content Centre Standard interface. To help that process I have a few questions which are not immediately apparent from the documentation:

1. New forms portlet - can this be configured to display form/template categories rather than the forms themselves - that is group the templates and have a 2 click process to select one. We have quite a number (probably far too many) individual forms? If so how?

2. If 1. is possible can you have a mixture of categories and forms (the most used)?

3. In the workarea view the breadcrumb trail starts is something like Home > workarea > directory...... Can the word "Home" be customised? On our sites, home is always the first directory, so this is a little confusing for users.
