Login problem

I have login problem in the Team Site. This problem occurred after I install service pack 4. The problem is only one user can login into the system. For others, it says â€œTeam Site did not recognize the username. Please try againâ€� message. I have checked the role list ant it was fine.
Please help me.

However, when you say you installed Service Pack 4 - are you talking about Windows SP4 or TeamSite SP4 ?

If you're talking about Windows SP4 - what version of TeamSite are you running (including SP)?
