Building restricted XSD/DTD (schema) for a DCR

Hi,
We are trying to build a restricted XSD/DTD for the TS DCR's.

Authors editing DCR through xml editor (xmlspy, etc)

Note: Authors are subject specialist, who has 0% programming knowledge.

Building a DTD,XSD by which we can restrict the user to enter datas.
Challenge faced is, we have to list the containers,elemets from DCR in the same way in xml editor too.
Should also able to restrict
-element ordering
-parent and child element relation.
