Connecting to a Server: Dialog Editor

Hello Techies--
How do I set up a connection to the iManage Server in order to work on the Dialog editor? Right now, no servers display in the server drop down box.

In the menu go to Server --> Login, Enter iManage server name and login from the NRTAdmin of one of the databases in the server. You will get a list of the databases in the server that this login can enter, choose one of the databases and then you can start working on it's forms
