You're really the only one who can specify what the names and duties of various positions are going to be in your organization. You might choose to divide them up the way you have below, and then assign appropriate duties, but generally, the functions that end up existing are something like the following:
1. CMS Administrator - this is the person who babysits the servers, whether they be TeamSite, OD, Metatagger, or what not. This person ideally is also the system administrator for the box in question or at least works closely with whoever is
2. CMS Developer - These are the folks who actually code your workflows, custom menu items, templates, etc. This person or persons might be the same person as #1, or they might not - depends on what you do in your org.
3. Business Analyst and/or architect - Someone who understands what the CMSes capabilities are who can translate user requirements into specifications for the developers. This person might or might not be the same as one of the folks in #2.
4. Content contributor/Author - someone who actually produces content, defines metadata for it, and so on. It's hard to say much about what this person actually does without knowing what sort of content you are managing.
5. Approver/Editor - A business owner who has final responsibility for the content being created by the contributors associated with him/her. Usually will act as a workflow approver. Might or might not contribute content.
6. Production web server administrator - The person responsible for the care and feeding of the machines you are deploying to. Might be the same as #1, might not.
